Start a Christian School

God has called pastors, churches, and local community leaders to engage in the battle for the hearts and minds of the next generation through weekday Christian education. Renewanation has developed a Christian School Startup Program to support these champions and help launch their schools in a solid, effective way to ensure long-term sustainability. Guiding them over the course of 3 to 4 years, Renewanation’s seasoned coaches will counsel school entrepreneurs and leaders through their preparation and launch phases with experiential wisdom, proven methods, and a library of best practices.

Schoolgirl sits at the desk and dreamsWhy do we need more Christian schools?

Today in America:

  • 80% of the 15-35 year-olds in America declare they are not born again
  • 94% do not believe in one or more of the cardinal doctrines of Christianity
  • 76% do not attend church
  • A strong majority have no problem with same-sex marriage 1

We are fully confident that 16,000 hours of non-Christian K-12 education has played a major role in the loss of Christian faith in this generation. Learn more.

See Deut. 6:4-9, Col. 2:8, 2 Cor. 10:4-5.

“Education is thus a most powerful ally of humanism, and every American school is a school of humanism. What can a theistic Sunday school’s meeting for an hour once a week and teaching only a fraction of the children do to stem the tide of the five-day program of humanistic teaching?”
Humanist, Charles F. Potter

Our 5-Phase Approach

Renewanation has developed a Christian School Startup Program to partner with churches and others who have a passion to extend their reach into the community by having a five day, Christian education program. We use a 5-phase process of examination, preparation, launch, growth, and maturity to not only help start a new Christian school but also provide the support to sustain a school long term. The process will typically span a period of four to five years as we coach and guide these new schools in the processes and tools needed to continue their journey of reaching the next generation with a thoroughly biblical, Christian education.
