A successful pastor, church and school planter and ministry entrepreneur, Jeff Keaton has spent his adult life believing that through Christ anything is possible. As CEO and President of Renewanation, he now works across America challenging Christians to reach the world for Christ and to get involved in the great cause of giving children a biblical worldview.
Jeff and his wife Michele celebrated their 30th anniversary in 2017. Their oldest daughter, Julianna, is married to Andrew Mast. She and her husband are on staff at Manderley Christian Camp & Conference Center in Pikeville, TN. Their youngest daughter, Heidi, is married to Jordan Potter. They both work at Tuscaloosa Christian School in Alabama.
Executive Vice President & COO
Ron Gordon’s passion is to train up the next generation with a biblical worldview. He brings strong education and executive experience to the cause of Renewanation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and an MBA from Virginia Tech. Ron spent 22 years in the corporate world, leading manufacturing organizations, managing numerous multi-million dollar projects, and building cross-functional teams. Ron specializes in developing robust systems, assessing and improving processes, and strategic planning.
Ron leads the development and implementation of our Christian School Startup and Revitalization Programs. We believe these two programs alone will result in several thousand new students receiving a Christian education in the next five years.
Ron is blessed with a wonderful wife, Tonya. They have twin sons, Caleb and Jacob, as well as a daughter, Gracie.
Josh Mulvihill, Ph. D.
Director of Church and Family Ministry
Dr. Josh Mulvihill is the Executive Director of Church and Family Ministry at Renewanation. He served as a pastor for nearly 20 years and helped launch The Legacy Coalition, a ministry that equips grandparents to pass the faith on to future generations. He holds a Ph.D. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the author of Biblical Grandparenting and Preparing Children for Marriage. Josh is married to Jen, and they have five children. Director of Scholarship Development
Curtis Cornell joined the Renewanation team May 2017 with more than 20 years experience in the healthcare and sales industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Radford University and a Master of Science degree from Jefferson College of Health Sciences. Curtis brings a demonstrated ability to successfully establish operational strategies and expertise in leadership, department management and new business development. He is passionate about the work of Renewanation and feels God has been preparing him to join our team for many years.
Curtis’ primary focus as Director of Scholarship Development will be growing our scholarship programs to the next level. We believe by the year 2020 we will see 5,000 students receiving scholarships, 100,000 by the year 2029 and 350,000 by the year 2040.
Curtis and his wife Brandi reside in Hardy, VA and are the proud parents of one daughter, Ashtyn.
Judy Ralph came to Renewanation in September 2014 after spending 25 years in the corporate world where she served in various leading administrative roles. She also brought 30 plus years of ministry experience and is sold out to claiming the next generation for Christ. She serves with a sense of joy, professionalism and passion. Judy and her husband Tom live in Vinton, Virginia. They have three children, C.J., Christy, and Tracy, and 10 grandchildren.
Paulina Shelton joined Renewanation in December 2012 as Finance Director. She had previously spent 43 years working in the corporate world for national insurance companies as well as more than 3 decades in Accounting. Her professionalism and expertise are invaluable assets to our organization. Paulina is 100% sold out to our cause and goes the extra mile in every way to advance our work.
Emily Schneider joined the Renewanation team in July 2017 as Communications Specialist. A recent graduate from Liberty University, Emily holds a B.S. in Strategic Communications, with specialties in advertising strategy and public relations. Emily has been raised in a Christian household, and she has attended Christian private schools and homeschool throughout her educational career. As a product and testimony of biblical worldview training, Emily strives to put her work at Renewanation toward advancing that same cause to parents and children around the nation.
